I am very happy to anounce that i won the super heavyweight and overall title at the wpf mr.universe wich was held in france 22nov.

Muscle evolution did an interview with me about my comeback and victory at the universe it will be featured in the january issue.

I had the opportunity to train with Marius last week, we competed together at the ultimate showdown where Marius placed 3rd and me 4th. We decided to train back we trained at my local gym.

Marius is a really big guy with lots of potential and both our aims is to turn pro in the future.

We did some hardcore back movements including deadlifts, close grip rows, pull-downs etc. Marius is strong and it was great training with him we train very similar heavy weights with good form.

I am glad to announce that i won the overall title at the wpf sa’s that was recently held in welkom.

I will be going to france later in november to represent south africa at the wpf universe,I am going to do my best to bring back a title.

 I want to thank my SAVIOUR OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST for giving me a second chance to do what i love my sport after my injury.

I also want to thank all my fans and everyone that has supported me and wanted to see me back on stage.

I was down in pe. thus past weekend where I competed and guest posed at their wpf provincials for supplements sa.

It was an honour and great to be down there I had alot of fun competing with the guys and them challenging me in the overall line up.

 A special thank you to Ewan Kromhout,Brenton and Jason for a great show and having me down there.

I want to thank all my fan’s for your support at the recent show i competed at.

I will be in PE thus weekend guest posing at wpf provincials and then I will be competing at nabba sa’s the 20th sept. and the 10&11oct. I will be competing at wpf sa’s.

I am happy to announce that i made my comeback last saturday 30 august at the boksburg bodybuilding championships and won the overall crown.
I am back people and are hungry thus is my sport,my passion I absolutely love it!
I am preparing for the nabba and wpf sa’s later thus month and next month!
Thank you for all my fans that didn’t give up on me after my injury and for all your support i appreciate it!

Hi everyone I am making my comeback thus weekend 30 August at the Boksburg show after two years I am hungry guys and ready to go to war!

I have the privelige to know these two guys who I look up to and we have become good friends a team actually!

Federico is a great bodybuilder he was a ifbb pro he is from italy he works with Danny at supa shape gym in centurion where they also train together you will be seeing Federico competing at some local shows just for fun!

Except for Jay Cutler i havent seen anyone eat so many carbs like Federico in a day and be so lean and vascular at the same time.

Danny looks like a pro i think he can give Lee Priest a run for his money he has a huge chest and is thick allover like u dont see in thus country!

Both of these guys are awesome and have great personalities it is great to be able to know them.

I was very fortunate to go to Lydenburg last weekend a friend of mine invited me to their sportsday wich consisted of their gym’s official launch they had events and Supplements sa was one of there sponser’s.They just recently started selling supps.sa products in their gym and they are relly serious about their training and supplemenatation.I had such a warm wellcome they awaited me at the first stop street as you come into Lydenburg. I was treated like a king the whole weekend we stayed in a lovely guesthouse all my meals was sponsored the people there really looked after me very well!I had a training seminar with a couple of guys on back training,while our company owner had a supplementation talk with everyone that had questions and queries about nutrition.We had a special body acessment on their scale wich have a feature that tells u what your biological age is we had such fun with that because some of the people there that went on it, was shown that there age is 5-20years older than there birth age,but when me and Ewan Supps.sa’s owner went on it i was showed that my age is only 14 yes 14 and i am 26 now and Ewan wich is 50years old was shown to be only 19years old so the locals and us had such a big laugh about it and they just wanted to know what is Supplements sa’s secret???I just want to thank everybody there in Lydenburg who made thus weekend happen it was my pleasure to be there! - Here are some pics from the weekend. pic1  pic2
